Hi, thank you for reaching out! Our medium/life-sized sex dolls have bolt holes for hooks used to hang the dolls in our factory. There are two types: M8 and M16. M16 is compatible with many heads on the market, allowing for head swaps from different companies. However, we cannot change the bolt-hole type once the skeleton is made. Currently, only our Savannah and Aubrey dolls have the M16 bolt; others have the M8.
