How long does it take to process my refund?

  1. In the event of order cancellation before shipment, we will promptly initiate a full refund of all received payments.

  2. Once we receive the returned products and complete the necessary inspection, we will process the refund for the customer. Please be aware that a 15% product replenishment fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

We will arrange either a re-shipment or a full refund for the product based on the assessment.

  1. Please note that a product is not considered defective solely based on personal preference or dissatisfaction after receiving or using it. Due to the nature of our products and their intended usage, refunds cannot be provided in such cases.
