What do I need to know when I need a refund?

Customers may return LoveNestle products if they remain unopened and unused within 15 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipment costs and transaction fees in this scenario.

 

It's important to be aware that the return period ends 15 days after you or a third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of our products.

 

Return processing typically takes 2-3 business days. Once LoveNestle receives your returned item and our customer service representative confirms its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund or offer alternative services as necessary. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

 

To initiate the product return and refund process, please communicate with our Customer Service Representative at service@lovenestle.com. Please note that all return and refund requests must be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative to be addressed.
