How do I cancel my order?

To initiate a cancellation, customers are required to fill out a cancellation form, after which our dedicated Customer Service Representative( Support@lovenestle.com ) will guide you through the process.

Most LoveNestle products are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. If cancellation is requested within this timeframe, LoveNestle ensures a refund of 95% of the total order amount. Please note, a 5% deduction is applicable for transaction fees charged by banks and online payment platforms.

Note: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Similarly, customized orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
